Amit joined Sweetwood Capital in 2016 and currently serves as a General Partner in Sweetwood Ventures.

Prior to joining Sweetwood Capital, Amit worked as an Associate in the High Tech and Venture Capital Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., a top-tier Israeli law firm ranked as a leading firm by Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, BDI and DUN’S100. At APM, where he represented private equity and venture capital funds, technological incubators, and high-tech and bio-tech companies in all of their corporate and commercial affairs, including M&A and fund formations. Prior to joining Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., Amit served as a Junior Analyst at Sweetwood Capital. Amit also has previous experience in the public sector, where he served as the Director of Legislation for Member of Israeli Parliament Dr. Einat Wilf.

Amit was previously recognized by Forbes as one of Israel's brightest leaders under the age of 30 (Forbes 30 Under 30).

Amit graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya where he was also a member of the prestigious Rabin Leadership Program.

Amit also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration majoring in Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tel-Aviv University.
